1st Day: Domestic Flight To Cappadocia And Green Tour
Catch your flight to Cappadocia from Istanbul Airport at 6:00 am. Tour will start at arrival of Cappadocia.
First stop is Göreme Panorama viewpoint where you will be astounded by one of the best views in the Cappadocia. The guide will explain just how this amazing landscape came into existence in Cappadocia.
Derinkuyu Underground City is the biggest and deepest underground settlement in Cappadocia, dating back to 7th-8th centuries. Walk down 8 levels which are each interconnected by narrow tunnels and stone-carved stairways. See the winery, church, kitchens, food storage areas and animal stalls while your guide gives you an insight into their daily life.
Selime Cathedral is the biggest rock-carved monastery in the region and was once home to Hittite, Roman, Byzantine, Seljuk and Ottoman civilizations.
Enjoy a Turkish kebab-style lunch at a riverside restaurant in Ihlara Valley.
After lunch, take an easy walk (approx. 1 hour) along the river through the deep Ihlara Valley canyon, scattered with cave churches carved by early Christian monks.
A final stop at a stunning viewpoint in Uçhisar overlooking the infamous Pigeon Valley and see the pigeon houses carved from the stone by ancient inhabitants.

2nd Day: Sunrise Hot Air Balloon Flight And Red Day Tour
Take an easy Hot-air Balloon Flight at sunrise if you wish (Optional extra activity). Red Day Tour will start at 9.30am.Guide will pick you up from your hotel.
The first stop is at Uçhisar Castle, the highest rock formation in the Cappadocia. The guide will explain just how this amazing landscape came into existence.
See the old Greek houses in Çavuşin village, abandoned during the Greek/Turkish population exchange in 1924.
Enjoy a buffet-style lunch in Avanos, offering a wide range of Cappadocia food including mezes, salads, meat and vegetarian dishes and desserts.
Still in Avanos, visit an authentic family-run pottery workshop located in an underground cave. Clay from the Kızılırmak (Red) River was first used in pottery production by the Hitites prior to 1700BC and continues as an art form today. Watch a master demonstrate how to make a pot, and watch the the painters and glazers apply their delicate patterns. Have a go at the potter’s wheel yourself and make your own unique pot if you wish.
In Paşabağı (also known as Monks Valley because of the Chapel of Saint Simeon found there) wander through the unusual clusters of multi-headed mushroom-shaped “fairy chimneys” (rock formations).
Devrent Valley (“Imagination Valley”) - a stunning valley where you can spot natural rock formations in many recognisable shapes in cappadocia, including the famous camel-shaped rock. Use your imagination and see what other shapes you can find. Return to your hotel approx 16.00pm.
3rd Day: Free and Easy Day / Flight Back Istanbul
Check out time will be at 11.30am from your hotel. You can leave your luggages at hotel and you can go walk,, Stuff will safe it luggages until you come back.. You can join some optional activities ( Jeep safari, Atv (Quad Bike Tours), Horse Riding, etc.) or you can go for an easy walk Red & Rose Valley,, You can see Goreme Open Air Museum. Transfer to Kayseri Airport and flight back to Istanbul (You can decide departure time when you book this activity).
